Murder in the library| Oh no!!! There is a murder in the library.
I have struggled with my lesson plans since the beginning of this month. I really need something fun and innovation to share it with my class. Kids will be kids, they like to play so that I try to make my learning time not so dull and bored.

OBJECTIVE:
Students will write their own mysteries after observing an in-library crime scene and to make it more interesting they will perform a roleplay in the library.
THE CRIME SCENE:
Before class, construct some sort of crime scene in the library. You can refer to the picture below of the one that I made for ideas.
CLASS DISCUSSION:
I begin the session by telling them five essential elements of a mystery. I ask my students which mystery books they like the best and why they like it so much. The five elements are:
- Crime - Obviously every mystery must have a mystery!
- Detective-Every mystery needs someone who going to attempt to solve the crime. This person doesn't have to be an official detective, but someone has to lead the investigation.
- Suspects- People who might have committed the crime.
- Clues-Discuss what kind of things can be clues. Like me, I put everything in the crime scene area
- Solution- every mystery needs to have some sort of solution to close the mystery. Ask students what do they think about the mystery and ask them to come out with the plan to solve it
WRITING ACTIVITY:
I divided them into a group of 5 persons. Then instruct the students to gather around the crime scene group by group. tell them to observe the crime scene and take notes on any clues. Next, tell the kids that they will write their own mysteries based on the crime scene. After the students have written their stories, they need to do role play in the library and guess what? I can't share photos of my students but they definitely loveddd itt.
Tips for appraisal | Since nearly to year-end, so most of us know it's time for appraisal. Some companies will have a different method to do appraisal so maybe some of my notes here not applicable to you guys, but yeah better be prepared right.
Gather Information
Ensure your employees understand what will be covered
Gather Information
Gather any reports that you make, all the events that have you attend. They'll help you recall performance highlights and milestones, as well as any challenges. It can also be helpful to review your last appraisal and look at the feedback and ratings you were given then. It will help give you a
sense of how you've grown and developed over the last period.
List down your core work
Gather all the information about your core work and list down what have you done outside your job scope so that your company will know what have you done throughout the year. Make it as a habit to write down any extra work from now
Ensure your employees understand what will be covered
Don't get caught in the trap of focusing only on the last few months of performance. Look at performance over the whole review period. Make sure you capture the "how" not just "what" you accomplished, but keep it brief; don't use this as a diary or performance journal. Give your manager any contextual details they need to understand your performance. Identify any challenges that limited your abilities to succeed, as well as any support you received from others.
Do a self-evaluation
It's a good thing to do some self-evaluation. But be sure, to be honest, while you rate yourself. From that form, you will notice what have you done, your achievement.
Think of the impact that you can give to the company
What is your achievement for this year? what is the difference that you make from last year until now? What is the impact that you can give to your company to be better? At least list down 3 things that are different from last year, and if you want to have the professional development you can think of it too. You also can your STAR Technique to think about your impact.

Ada yang masih dalam plastik lagi. jangan membazir, takmo jd member syaitan hahaha.
Fikir dan fikir akhirnya teringat pada kak sha, i mean kalau kak sha tak baca buku tu pon mungkin kak sha boleh simpan di library beliau. Well who knows kan, so AD try cuba nasib contact kak sha kat instagram, and alhamdulillah jawapan yang menggembirakan. So here we are. Dah la klo time keje AD akan silent phone, tak persan kak sha col terkejut juga la bila kak sha tetibe muncul kat kaunter AD.LOL.
Afterall thank sudi singgah..tak dapat melayan lama sbb tgh keje kan..time tu pulak mmg busy dengan roleplay.Thank you again friend!

The film tells a story about a boy named Jesper (the main character) who is a failure for me(hiks😋) don't worry its only the beginning of the story. Jesper is the son of the post office head and he is in training to be postman but instead of training, he prefers to sit in his own camp with his own butler (now you understand why I'm said Jesper is a loser). Until certain time, after proving himself to be the worst postman at the academy, Jesper is posted to a frozen town in the North and was the most terrible town in the whole world. Smeerensburg
His father making a deal with him which if he can delivery 6000 letters, he can come back. He has a year to do that. His father realizes, only by sending him to the most terrible town can change his behavior. Soon after he reach at Smeerensburg, he was tricked by a boatman to ring a bell which makes the Krums and the Ellingbones family start a fight. The town inherited by two families which is the Krums and the Ellingbones. They were hating each other until now because they just followed what their ancestors do!
After Jesper about to give up he suddenly realized that there still one place that he did not visit yet which is happen to be Klaus's place, the toy-maker! After one incident involving delivery toy to the kid who trapped in the house, lonely and sad suddenly everyone wants to write a letter to Klaus demanding new toys! The more toys mean more letters to deliver! Oh, such a naive boy!. Of course, Jesper will be happy. Then the adventure of an epic story begin.
