This is a story about Martin. He's the leader of the Gang of Three. Martin has always been pretty happy with his life, but when a tragic event forever changes it, he must learn to redefine happiness for himself. He lives in the 'New East End' where there is a difficult brew of white, Caribbean, African and Asian families. you have to be careful what you say and who you say it to on the streets of Martin's neighborhood.

After he was struck by a tragic accident, everything changed. His friends begin to drift away from him, his girlfriend leaves him and, generally, people start treating him differently. What exactly that happened to him?He been thrown around when the car rolled he received a few cuts and lots of bruises to his body but...his face came out the worst. He had deeper partial-thickness burns. He would never be same again.

Who know person that would stay with you, who accept you after the accident is the person that you judge the most. Even his girlfriend leaves him. He learn the truth with the hardest way. He learns the error of his ways and realizes that you shouldn’t treat people based on how they look but on the person that they are.
